| to Pass to sections: Aerodynamic research laboratory Thus, V.A.Slesarev has got acquainted with predecessors of the tjazhelogosamoleta even during their creation and built it, making a start from experience of construction and operation of these planes. To rich experimental base of Aerodynamic laboratory it is obliged by the aerodynamic perfection and plane Slesareva. All its elements, even the smallest - racks, podkosy, raschalki - had a streamline. Its maximum aerodynamic quality, according to V.A.Slesareva, turned out more than 9 (whereas at ' ' it made Ili Muromtsa 5,6). |
Results of experiments of V.A.Slesareva in the big and small wind tunnels promoted improvement of a design of the basic warplanes of imperial Russia - ' to Njupor ' and ' to Farman '. In the same pipes elements of planes of I.I.Sikorsky ' the Russian hero ' and ' by Ilja Muromets ' were blown. 
In the First World War beginning at the Petersburg polytechnical institute it has been organised RIB for service of needs of Management of sea aircraft and aeronautics. Thus, activity of Aerodynamic laboratory of Polytechnical institute had the big exit in practice of domestic aircraft construction. it onavygodno differed from other, smaller aerodynamic laboratories of Petersburg.
